Cheng Mei Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. has established an Information Security Committee (IT Security Committee) responsible for the planning, oversight, and management of information security policies and practices. The Committee works in collaboration with the Company’s IT team and relevant departments to enhance cybersecurity protection and management mechanisms. The Committee reports on information security risk management, cybersecurity trends, information security policies, and implementation status.
